If, due to a disability, you are not able to fully utilize Jackson County Transit transportation services including demand response, subscription, and deviated fixed route, because of a policy or procedure that Jackson County Transit has established, you may submit a request for a modification of the policy or procedure. All requests for reasonable modifications to Jackson County Transit policies or procedures will be considered on an individual basis
